Where your data goes, and when you can delete it
Plainly, who handles your audio and notes, before you decide to use it.
- Audio and notes are processed in the US
- Audio is processed by a speech-to-text provider and notes are written by Anthropic, both in the United States.
- Patient consent, every time
- Consent is confirmed before every visit is recorded, and medical visits can never be shared by public link.
- Delete any time
- Delete any recording with its transcript and notes, or delete your account yourself from settings.
- After an account is deleted
- Data is held for 30 days in case you want it back, then permanently deleted, except payment records, which the Revenue Code requires to be kept for 5 years.

How accurate are the AI notes?
Every AI note is a draft to review before use. The AI writes only from what was said in the recording, but it can still make mistakes, so a “Please verify” box lists what it was unsure about, such as a dose that was not stated clearly or a dialect word with more than one reading. Edit the note yourself or type an instruction to refine it.
Can speakers use a Thai regional dialect?
Yes. Thai in any accent is transcribed in Thai script, and the AI note is written in standard Thai, with uncertain words listed for you to check. Choose Thai when you record rather than automatic detection.
How much does transcription cost?
Transcription is 1 credit a minute. Top up at ฿5 a credit, or buy a pack: ฿590 for 300 credits, ฿990 for 800 or ฿2,990 for 3,000, VAT included. New accounts get 30 free credits, and credits are charged only when a transcription succeeds.
Is patient data safe?
