Cloud migration, and someone to run it afterwards

A migration is not finished when the system boots. Next month somebody still has to renew the certificate, restore the backup that failed, and answer at 3am when it goes down. We do both halves, on AWS and on Google Cloud, the same way we run our own production infrastructure.

What is What managed cloud means?

Managed cloud means an outside team operates your cloud environment end to end — designing it, building it, monitoring it, backing it up, patching it, and handling the incident when something breaks. It is the opposite of opening an AWS or Google Cloud account yourself, where you get machines and an invoice and the operational work stays with your team.

What we deliver

Everything you need

Migration to cloud

We start by surveying what you have — what moves as is, what has to be rebuilt first — then move it in stages while the existing system keeps serving. Applications, databases and files, with a rollback plan for each stage in case something surfaces mid-move.

Monthly managed operations

Continuous monitoring, backups that are restore-tested rather than merely scheduled, patching on a cycle, cost kept under control, and a person who picks up when something breaks. A monthly report says what actually happened, not that everything was fine.

Build into your own account

Systems we build deploy into your cloud account, not ours. The whole environment is defined as code, so you can see exactly what it is made of, reproduce it, and move it to another team without unpicking anything.

Architecture and cost review

A read of what you are running today: where you are paying for capacity you do not use, where a single failure takes the system down, and where something is exposed that should not be. Delivered as a report that ranks what to fix first, with the money attached to each item.

Who this is for

  • Businesses still running a server in the office and wondering when it will fail
  • Teams already on cloud but with nobody looking after it full time
  • Companies whose cloud bill climbs every month with no one able to explain why
  • Organisations with data-residency obligations who need to show an auditor where data actually sits
Common questions

Frequently asked questions

You choose — Thailand, or the region your policy requires — and we write the location into the scope document.

You do. We recommend opening it in your company's name and granting us access to operate it.

Yes. The environment is defined as code in your own repository, so a new team can read it on day one.

The cloud provider sells you machines and services. We are the people who design, build and operate them.

Migrations and reviews are fixed scope. Operations are monthly. Cloud consumption you pay the provider directly.

Not sure whether your systems belong on cloud at all? Start there.

Tell us where things run today and what is going wrong. We will tell you plainly whether to move, stay put, or change only part of it — before anyone talks about price.
