AI Consulting & Training

AI Consulting and Training for Your Team

Which three tasks in your company eat the most hours every week? That is where we start, with the work itself, before anyone opens a tool. We assess where AI genuinely helps, train your team on your own documents and data, and set the rules for what may leave the building. If the honest answer is that you do not need AI yet, you hear that too.

What is AI consulting for businesses?

AI consulting for businesses means looking at the work your team actually does, identifying where AI would meaningfully cut time or error and where people should stay in charge, then training the team to use the tools on exactly that work, with rules for what data may go into external services. It differs from a general course by starting from your operations rather than from a tool's feature list.

What we deliver

Everything you need

We assess real work first

We start by sitting with the work your team actually does, watching where the time goes and where mistakes recur, and judge whether AI is worth applying there at all before any tool is discussed.

We say so when you don't need AI

Plenty of work is fixed by changing a process, redesigning a form, or writing ordinary rules. That route is cheaper and far easier to explain to an auditor. When that is the finding, that is what we tell you. We do not sell you something you do not need.

Training on your own work

Sessions use your documents, your data, and your real tasks as the examples, so the team can carry on with the work immediately afterwards instead of translating from a scenario that looks nothing like their day.

Data rules that hold up under PDPA

We set out which categories of data may go into external tools, which may not, and where identifying fields must be removed first. The team can then use these tools without quietly creating risk for the company.

On-site or online

We can run sessions at your office or remotely, whichever suits the team and where you are based. The content is the same either way.

A written result you can use

You finish with a document setting out where AI applies, where it does not, the data rules, and the next steps. It is something you can circulate internally, rather than a slide deck that only made sense on the day.

Who is this for?

  • Companies where staff have already started using AI on their own, with no shared rules on how far to go
  • Businesses worried that customer data is being pasted into external tools without anyone deciding it should be
  • Leaders being asked "where should we use AI?" who can't yet answer it with numbers
  • Teams whose earlier AI project went quiet after the demo, who want to know what went wrong
