01Dedicated team
Named engineers reserved for you, billed per person per month. They sit in your chat, your stand-ups and your repositories. You direct the roadmap; we handle hiring, payroll, equipment and cover. Thirty days' notice ends it, and nothing has to be migrated because it was always yours.
02Staff augmentation
One or two senior engineers embedded in a team you already run. They follow your process, your code review and your release cadence from the first week. Useful when the bottleneck is headcount, and the last thing you want is a second way of working.
03Fixed-scope project
You have a build with a clear finish line. We write the scope with you, agree a price and a date, and deliver against both. Changes are priced when they arise, in writing, so the number you approved is the number you pay.
04How the day runs across time zones
Bangkok is GMT+7. That is a full working day with Singapore and most of Australia, the whole morning for Europe, and the late afternoon for the US West Coast. English is the working language in chat, documents and code. Infrastructure is defined as code in your own AWS, Google Cloud or on-premise accounts, so an audit or a handover is a read of the repository rather than a conversation.
